By using Murder on the Euskaphos (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The Service

The Service is an online party murder-mystery game. It is currently offered free of charge. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to harass others, post unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the system, or invite people by email without their consent. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

Content

You retain ownership of the names, messages, and other content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display that content to the other players in your game.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
